PAYMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Apescape Travel reserves the right to accept and confirm bookings at their discretion. \u2022 Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Pre-payment is required for all bookings made through Apecape travel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Full payment is due at least 7 days prior to Hotel Check-in or Activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Method of payments accepted are; Bank transfer, Ewallet, Airtel money or MTN money (Mobile Money payments will include withdrawal charge).<\/p>\n\n\n\n PLANNED GROUP TRIPS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 A 10% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, this payment is non-refundable<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 All booking details will be confirmed once the registration form and 10% payment has been received<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 We encourage all our clients to get Travel Insurance incase of any inconveniences that may occur<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Apescape Travel reserves the right to cancel or release any bookings should the applicable payments not be made in full by the stated deadline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n CANCELLATION POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 A 100 % cancellation fee will be charged if the booking is cancelled 2 days prior to the activity. \u2022 A 50 % cancellation fee will be charged if the booking is cancelled 7 days prior to the activity. \u2022 All No-Shows will be addressed the day after the activity has taken place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n EXCEPTIONS TO THE CANCELLATION POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Proof of medical certificate<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Delays in travel due to technicalities beyond control<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Bereavements<\/p>\n\n\n\n MINORS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Discounted children\u2019s rates apply to relevant activities and accommodation packages<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Children under 4 years of age are free of charge for relevant activities and accommodation packages<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Children must be accompanied by a parent \/ guardian who must sign any relevant indemnities on their behalf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1. INSURANCE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 1. If you have bought insurance through our Platform, please refer to the policy document(s) for the terms<\/p>\n\n\n\n and for further information. These Terms do not apply to insurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n REWARDS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n To receive any type of Rewards, you must, when qualifying for and using the Credits:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 have an Account with us<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 be at least 18 years old<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 meet the Individual Reward Criteria<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 not violate the Rewards & Wallet Terms, and<\/p>\n\n\n\n When a Reward is available, the Individual Reward Criteria will explain how (and if) you can qualify for it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n There may be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 time-sensitive restrictions (e.g. offers with expiry dates)<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 property restrictions (e.g. offers that can only be used with specific Service Providers)<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 a minimum spend (e.g. a Reward that you\u2019ll only earn when you spend at least a certain amount on a Booking)<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 a maximum Reward value (for either monetary or non-monetary Rewards).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Rewards cannot be sold, encumbered or transferred in any way to a third party. In the event of an Account<\/p>\n\n\n\n holder\u2019s death, their Account will be closed and their Rewards (if any) will be cancelled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n LIMITATION OF LIABILITY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 1. To the extent permitted by mandatory consumer law, we\u2019ll only be liable for costs you incur as a direct result of a failure on our behalf. This means, to the extent permitted by law, we won\u2019t be liable for (e.g.) any:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 indirect loss or indirect damage<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 inaccurate information about a Service Provider<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 product, service or action of a Service Provider or other business partner<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 mistake in an email address, phone number or credit card number (unless it\u2019s our fault)<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 force majeure or event beyond our control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2. If you are in breach of these Terms and\/or the Service Provider\u2019s terms, to the extent permitted by law:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 we won\u2019t be liable for any costs you incur as a result, and<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 you won\u2019t be entitled to any refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3. To the extent permitted by law, the most that we, or any Service Provider, will be liable for (whe ther for one event or a series of connected events) is the cost of your Booking, as set out in your confirmation email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4. Nothing in these terms will limit our (or the Service Provider\u2019s) liability in respect of our (or their) own (i) negligence that leads to death or personal injury or (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 5. We don\u2019t make any promises about Service Providers\u2019 products and services (apart from what we expressly state in these Terms).
